Holiday Inn Express Waller
Excellent. From check in to check out. Breakfast was outstanding. Room was immaculate. Plenty of electrical outlets for medical devices. Lots of towels and linens. Would definitely stay there again!

Great value for the price
The only disappointment with our stay was that my husband left a set of keys in our room and didn't notice until 5:30 the afternoon we checked out. When we called back, the front desk just stated none had been turned in by housekeeping. He said he would check and call us back. He never called back and we went on and returned to the hotel. He again told my husband that the room had been cleaned and no keys had been found. My husband insisted he be allowed to check the room, but the person told him he could not. My husband asked him to go with him, and he did. The housekeeper had JUST cleaned our room and had the keys! How about that! Not even an apology from the front desk person. However, this would not prevent us from staying here again. My husband will just be more careful next time.
