great location and great price
Went for Baylor orientation with my daughter. Location was perfect as it was right next to the campus and we could walk and not have to worry about parking on campus. The room was clean and neat and served our purpose perfectly.

Convenient
Breakfast was good enough to keep us out of Denny's next door. Courteous staff, great internet connection in the room. Located one block from Baylor!

Clean,comfortable,moderate motel. Appreciate the location,easy on and off Interstate and close to Baylor. Two items not really in :a Quintas control--very noisy due to location on the sholder of I-35 and a terrible Denny's next to property.

Clean facility and hospitable staff.
I was there on a business trip. I had difficulties in obtaining my car rental, but the staff of the hotel paid for my cab the following day to get a car secured. They answered questions and were available any time I needed them.

Quick Getaway
Great Location
I loved the location. The only draw back was the room had a smell of smoke and I was informed it was the cleaning odors; however, when I returned home, the smell was still in my clothes. I would stay there again because of the location; however, the smell has to be dealt with.

Horrible
Close to Baylor but that is all that can be said. The room reeked of smoke, crickets and roaches on the floor and beds. Called for a different room but hotel was fully booked as were others in the city. The final blow was dog feces outside the door in the morning. Stay away from this one.
