Bleah!
Stayed here two nights. Very dreary rooms. New towels were supplied, but no cleaning between days. Had cleaning stop by at 10AM on the day I was supposed to check out. I wasn't ready to check out at that time, but got an call at 10:30 (check out wasn't till 11) to see if I was checking out or staying another day. Never had that happen before. Will try to avoid this place.

Not a good value
America's Best Value Inn of Waco was a disappointment and not a good value in my opinion. The room was nice size, but the air smelled of mold when the air conditioner was turned on, there were no towel racks and where there had been were patched holes. The location was wonderful to see our son at Baylor, and the staff was nice, but I don't see us staying there again.

Noisy Location/Everything Else very good.
Hotel room was large and clean. They had balcony type walkway which I liked. They used high quality bath & hand soap and would leave you an extra one. But Heater in room kept me awake because it was too noisy. Train tracke was located close by and the train kept ringing its horns all hours of the morning. Got no sleep.

Fast food located just just South a few blocks. An HEB is located just across the highway (east) and just South (Just ask any college student after you cross the highway)

It wasn't exactly what we were wanting, but it fit our needs for the situation. It was conveniently located, just being minutes away from good restaurants. The rooms were fairly quiet, taking into consideration that the property is located right off a busy interstate highway. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was a bit awkward. I'm glad I had printed all my reservation information and had it in hand at the front desk. All in all, it was a restful night's stay.

fair review, fair deal
stayed 3 nights, bed was comfortable and wi-fi worked fine.. TV had to be slapped to get all channels, no iron or blow dryer in room. Coffee in room, but one sugar,and nothing to stir with. Got better accomodations for 20 dollars a night less. At least it has easy access to the freeway, it had plenty of heat, and hot water.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The toasted did not work properly and the room is very small and cramped. The choices was cereal, mini donuts, frozen waffles, juice, milk and cofee. I-hop is across the Interstate.
