Just minutes to downtown Tyler, the Windsor Inn and Suites is close to the Zoo, Harvey Convention Center and the Rose Garden, Tyler State Park, Lake Palestine, golfing, shopping, and more. This Magnuson Hotels affiliate offers a continental breakfast and a complimentary hot breakfast, free wireless internet, an outdoor pool, and an exercise room. If you are going to arrive later than midnight on day of arrival, you must contact hotel to inform hotel that your arrival will be later than midnight or hotel will not hold your reservation after midnight. Minimum age to rent a room is 21 years old. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.

Don't Trust the Front Desk

[...]A second weird thing is that upon check in the same front desk clerk made a photo my driver's license and credit card. Then, he asked me to sign and date the photocopy stating that this was for any additional charges. I also had to sign a room registration with my name, home address, cell and home phone numbers. I only give out my work information, but this clerk asked about a lot of personal information. Since he did not give me a receipt for my room, I asked for the paper with my driver's license and credit card. It took him a few minutes to locate the paper before giving it back to me. The rooms were very clean and nice. If not for the front desk, I would have enjoyed my stay a little more.
