Will not come back....
Well, i m thinking thats it going to be so luxuirous and a nice layout..But its all hype. Yes its the tallest Hotel in the tyler but for as presentation is sucks. The room was $138 with taxes but when i got to the front desk it was $141 and some change. Didn't mind it but if Orbitz says on price then why not honor it. They had the nerve to charge an incidental Fee of $30, as if some one was really trying destroy something that was already broken. For example, the sliding closet door was broken and off track. That showed me that dont really check anything...I could've went to the Marriott down the street for the same price and got a Suite with a jucuzzi in my room..Was very disappointed.. Never again

Movies by the pool
we chose this hotel because of the movies by the pool however we didn't even get to see it because they started early. Room wasn't the cleanest. For the price, I won't stay there again.

Quick trip for the zoo
we only stayed a night and I'm glad for that. We chose this hotel because of the poolside movies. The movie was supposed to start at 8 pm however the staff started it early at 7 pm without letting anyone know. My three year old was very disappointed. Also from the kiddie pool you can't really see the movie. When we went to go to sleep apparently our room was close to one of their meeting rooms where people were laughing and screaming until 2 am. The room wasn't the cleanest and it looked like someone had already used some of the shampoo and conditioner bottles that were in our room. Overall, wasn't my best experience and I will not stay there again.

Didn't get the tournament rate because i
We were in a tennis tournament for the weekend. We didn't know until we checked in at the tournament that our hotel was the host hotel for the tournament players. Since we booked through you, Orbitz, we didn't get the hotel rate of 79.99. I am very upset! Because of this unfortunate event, I will prpbably never book through one of these services again.

Pretty Good
We enjoyed our stay, just a little issue with the wireless internet. But otherwise a pretty good stay. They allowed us to check out at 2pm which was nice because our wedding was later in the day.
