Great Getaway
Very nice and clean hotel! Indoor pool was great kids had a blast swimming in January! Sauna was awsome!!!

Nice place
I enjoyed my stay here-clean room, good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff was friendly and efficient. Gym could be better, but I think they offer complimentary visit to area fitness center during your stay. Would stay here again.

Halloween Weekend
Tyler was a nice town the traffic was not fun at all and whoever decided to put cement medians on all the roads must be out of their minds it was not easy getting to locations due to having to go several blks down and turning around!

Good Hotel
Kids enjoyed the pool. Good location close to eats and putt-putt can be seen from the hotel parking lot.

Rent the 1.00 DVD's at the Super One grocery store or Wal-mart and play on the in room DVD player instead of paying 12.99 on your hotel bill.

When booking I thought I was getting a room with 2 queen beds. It said standard room. I got a room with king size bed and couch that made into a bed. that would have been ok but the mattress on the couch was not comfortable. The next moring the maid did not knock on the door but came right in. Breakfast buffet did not offer option for waffles or pancakes. For that much money it should have.

Located in great area/Rooms not always cleaned
This hotel is a great stay for business purposes and for family get-a-ways. There is a nice indoor pool/spa/sauna room. The meals in the morning are standards compared to other HIE. The only major complaint I have is that my room was not always completely cleaned. They would either clean everything and leave my trash or would not provide me towels or would not clean other items. I hope this was a fluke and I just had a bad housekeeper but I will be staying again this week and will update my experience afterwards. Right now, I would give a 2.5 out of 5 and will re-rate next week.

Better than my last stay
This stay was definitely better. My room was cleaned each day with trash being picked up and so on. It is a very quiet hotel even with a bus full of children staying for one of the nights. The service provided by front desk is always great HOWEVER it is not worth the price. This hotel should be priced at or below $99 not $139. Like I said previously, it is a great place for families and business but be sure to find the cheapest price on Or*itz (they would not let me publish the name)! Hope this helps.

Had a great stay!
Could not have asked for more in a hotel stay. Friendly staff - clean - comfortable beds - good Hot breakfast - and affordable. When I saw the housekeepers cleaning the light fixtures in the hall, I knew I'd chosen the right place. The breakfast bar was well tended and kept clean. I can't think of any negatives, and would highly recommend this hotel!
