Perfect Stay for our Mini Va-cay
This hotel was located in the heart of Tyler. We visited the waterpark, had a good nights rest, and then took a short swim before heading home from our weekend getaway for my son's Spring Break vacation. Having been in a wheelchair for 6 weeks, I was extremely impressed by the device that the hotel had to enable the handicapped to swim.

CLEAN AND FRIENDLY
We were traveling to see friends and were very pleased with the overall friendliness of the staff. Rooms were clean and fresh. We were also pleased with the breakfast and fresh coffee in the morning. We would stay at a Best Western again in the future. This was our first stay with this chain and were very pleased. J & J

Great service, great room
We checked in late night and check in/out was a breeze since I had reserved and paid online. The room was clean and spaceous. The breakfast was terrific, many choices were available at the breakfast bar not just muffins, cereals and rolls Probably one of the best stays that I have had. I would absolutely stay at the Best Western in Tyler again and have already recommended to friends.

unsatisfied grandpa
Been to a lot better places.
Requested Non-Smoking room. Had to pay extra to get one. We feel as if it was a smoking room before, it still had bad smells and cigaret burns in the furniture. It was described as having a "full Breakfast", it was not what I would call it. It was a simple continental breakfast, that's all. We were there for a graduation, and it was a convenient location. That's all folks.

We were in Tyler as a quilt show vendor and to meet up with family that lived in Mineola and Bossier City. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was much better than what you would normally get at other hotels. Location was great and the so was the price!

"Weekend Getaway"
We have stayed here probably a dozen times. The location is very close to great shopping, many dining options, and less than an hour from the Canton Trade Days. The room is always clean and tidy. On the most recent trip the check-in went very slowly because only one person was on duty. The breakfast is adequate at best. If they would add fresh fruit the breakfast would be much better.

Great Hotel...
Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh in a large and attractive dining area. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Very close to a large mall and nice restaurants were also very close. The hotel is located in an upper class neighborhood of town and just off a main street. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

Everything was wonderful except for the daytime desk help. She wasn't very nice to kids. This makes the second time she wouldn't let my son on the computer. He is 13 years old. Has more experience than most adults. And the sign they have up said for hotel guest only. No where does it say anything about childen. We will say there again. Rooms were very comfortable. Internet connection was not high speed. They need to improve on that.
