Not Americas best
We booked this hotel thinking it was nice from the pictures.. It was not nice, the room had stained carpet, the bathroom was not very clean..I don't expect to have to clean a bathroom at a hotel when I stay. The clerk was very nice though, and helpful about places around town and helping me find some one for relocation purposes.[...]

Decent Motel at a good price
The hotel room was at a decent price and I stayed there because they allowed pets. [...] After arrival i was charged $10 per night per pet which I thought was steep. Since I had two very small dogs it ended up costing me $40 more just for the pets.

great location
The location was great, it was close to everything. We had a large group from all around the state that were meeting there for a reunion and we were allowed to congregate in the pool all day as well as another area. Not many people were at the hotel that weren't in our group. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was VERY easy. My only complaint (which is actually a BIG one) is that I had gotten locked out of my room and had to go ask for another key. A different person was at the desk and hadn't seen me before. She didn't ask any information or for ID or anything. I just said which room I needed a key for and she handed it to me. That's a bit scary. One of the guys with our group said that he was able to do that with 2 different rooms.
