Vacation
The service was bad. We drove 3 hours and arrived early but wouldn't let us check in early. We finally checked in at 3 and the room still wasnt ready It took 45 minutes to clean up the room. Refrigerator wouldn't get cold and they ran out of towels and blankets. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone but the location was perfect.

Nasty and needs updating
A very friendly staff greets you, then it went straight downhill. Even after changing rooms once, because two of the windows would not lock, it never got better. Horrible smelling rooms, outdated, nasty carpet. Both the non smoking rooms we saw smelled just like smoke. Not the greatest area in the world either, though plenty of places to drink and eat within 4-5 miles. Anyway I would avoid, til they update this place

Could have been better
No shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the bathroom. Found ants in the bathroom instead. Room too small. Dirty walkways and stairs. Staff was very friendly and courteous. All the appliances and amenities in good working condition.

Not Impressed
I was not impressed with the service at all. We never got maid servise nor did we get clean towels. I asked the front desk to come fix something and they never showed. there was no cooking spoons and there was not enough plates. The dishes were dirty. The shower head was old and rusted and the staff was not concerned because the water basely came out.
