Extended Stay America - Houston - The Woodlands

Good location. Clean comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Much better than I expected.

Did not get the room that I reserved and the room was as basic as could be. Reserved non smoking king and got smoking full size bed. Staff was of no help during or after the stay. I talked to 2 people about holding the room because of a late arrival but the staff gave the rooms out on a 1st come basis and I ended up with the above. Also, the room didn't seem clean and the lienes were terrible. Would never stay there again and not recommend anyone to. This shouldn't even be a one star hotel.

This hotel was the least expensive within close range to Saint Luke's Hospital where a family member had emergency surgery and a long hospital stay. What a pleasant surprise when the hospital was only 5 minutes away and this hotel was located between airport and hospital. The staff was amazing, always had a smile and polite responses to our questions. A great supermarket is one block away...as well as many fast food restaurants plus several upscale restaurants. The room was clean and everything looked fresh and in good condition, almost like it was recently refurbished. The bed was too firm for me but my husband loved it...and I can't really complain because I did sleep through the night. Lots of towels, a warm blanket on the bed, an extra comfy chair in the room all added to a great experience. If you are looking for value for your $'s, I highly recommend this hotel.

me and my husband came from Houston to the woodlands and stayed the night before valentines day so we would already be in the area for the day of valentines day. we arrived to the room about 2 am. very small room although the kitchen was nice. had roaches and had odd smell. but the office was closed so i couldn't request another room. i didn't think much except sleep. woke up at 6 am to get ready went to my SUV and noticed all my valuables were gone. everything of value was taken out of my truck. they said there was security although no one saw my truck get broke into or the alarm blaring. i immediately went to the front office filled out a complaint with all my missing property which was well over 2,000$ . the woman at the desk told me they have never had another car broken into except for mine. but that has to be a lie because she didn't look surprised when i told her about my truck being broken into. it has been 5 months now and ive never had a call from their insurance company. which by the way was suppose to call me the same day. i was there 4 hours and have never been more violated. i will never stay at this hotel again . and im from south west Houston. Ive never had my vehicle broke into at any other location until i came to the woodlands extended stay

The kitchenette was/is a nice feature providing choices to having to go out for food/drinks. The room is a standard no frills room. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. For the price...shouldn't ask for much more. Double check your key cards though because they run on bar time so 10 mins before checkout, the cards to get into the room lock you out...

Small room, but it was nice to have a fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, and clean dishes provided. Couldn't beat the price, I checked, but you do get what you pay for. Small, maybe 20", TV and a moldy kind of smell, but I was only there to sleep and have breakfast, so I didn't really mind.

Was only hotel that was close to the Woodlands Pavilion off of IH45. Very clean, not a lot of floor space, but I was there to rest after concert, not entertaining guest lol. Was perfect for what I was going for.

Very decent hotel it is one of those that have an small kitchen that can be very handy if you need it. Very good price and convenient location.

it was gross with roaches, no maid service, stains all over, no swimming pool

This hotel was very cheap and i got what I paid for. The room was clean enough, but it had no lid on the toilet tank. There were no doors on the cupboards in the kitchenette.
