Horrible staff
Horrible Staff
While trying to enjoy our stay there were a few other people aside from our party trying to relax in the hot tub when the evening staff rudely used profanity and yelled at all of us to get out. Apparently the pool had closed while we were there and without any warning we were cussed at by one of the female staff members. The children that were in the pool were scared and ran to tell their parents what had happened. All the parents confronted the female staff and she then denied the claim. Overall i would never stay there again. This left a nasty taste in my mouth!!!

windwater motel
good location on the north side, even though it's on the bay side, and the cheapest hotel on the island when I booked. The pictures on the website are misleading, and I'm not sure why they can call it a "hotel & resort" when it's clearly just a motel with a very warm pool. The free breakfast was not even worth going to...they didn't even have orange juice, instead they had some cheap sugary orange citrus punch that made me sick. Basically it was the cheapest place on the island and we got what we payed for, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyways so it didn't really matter.

Louie's is the most popular place at night. it's only 2 miles away, so it's a little too long to walk but it's a pretty cheap cab ride.

Horrible!
Attempted to cancel or reschedule this reservation based on a tropical storm. Hotel was not willing even though I made the call within the 24 hour window.[...] I will never make a reservation with this hotel [...] again.

Fixer Upper
The first clue should have been the 2" gap under the door. The shower handle easily pulled away from the wall when you tried to turn the water on or off. There was no strainer in the sink. The toilet was loose so it rocked when sat upon and on and on!

"unbelievable price with good quality"
we enjoyed the view of the ocean and had a great time... but the parking was small and not enough for everyone.... this was a great buy compared to other stays and met all necessities... thank you!!!

decent hotel/good fishing right there
Enjoyed the view from the hotel, plus the fishing right on spot. Walking distance from shops and resturants.

Good cheap place
So my husband and I just needed a bed to sleep in because our family had a house, and I would definitely stay here again. It was really cheap, that said, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart and our fridge did not work. We stayed in a king suite, so I liked the living room area, and the view of the water canal was nice. Our patio overlooking the water was big so we enjoyed breakfast there in the mornings. Now I would only stay here again as long as we had a room on the water.
