The Palms Resort offers all mini-suite accomodations on the beach on South Padre Island. Enjoy your stay in our beach-themed Queen Suites or in our newly renovated King Suites. We are centrally located on South Padre Island with direct beach access. The Island shuttle system will take you to attractions on the Island and in nearby Port Isabel. We have a new full service restaurant and bar with spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Our heated pool is perfect for relaxing with a tropical drink while enjoying the picturesque beach and Gulf views.

Room okay but noisy AC

No lounge area for check in. Only 40 rooms or less. Nothing like a major hotel. Definitely over priced. Had pool to ourselve each day. Rooms clean. Bed not comfortable . Free parking. Would stay there again only at a much lower rate. Paid $174 a night which was too much for the accomodations. No iron or board in room. No room safe either. Very basic accomodations.

Padre is very small. No chain restaurants, no commonly known retail store. Not even a movie theatre or club. Just outside bars and the beach. The beach was great.

Great place to relax

You can't find a warm family owned business now days on the beach for the average man. For the price the rooms are great, a great view to the beach, great outside cafe and close to everything on the Island.

the hotel is right on the beach. You can't ask for anything better. A short walk to shops and places to eat.

The Best Hotel in SPI

very comfortable, beautiful location area, Teresa and Amber were great at the front desk made me fell welcome, very clean and over all I give them a 10 and yes I do recommend this Hotel resort will be my place from now on. I will come back. Oh yes Pet Friendly.

The cafe had the best food. I had the Mothers special Steak and Lobster yummy.
