Great location and a beautiful setting and right on the beach. It was the right thing at the right time. Mattress was a little lumpy and bathroom showed its age in places but overall it was excellent.

Hotel was very beautiful with an excellent location. The biggest complaint I had was there was no coffee maker in the room or complimentary coffee at the hotel at all. Also I booked a smoking room, but this hotel is ALL no smoking now, We loved the balcony however, we could smoke out there. Rooms have an excellent view!

great location
My family enjoyed our stay at the Radisson and we had a great time. We stayed in a guest room with two double beds although next time we would like to stay in one of the condos because we'd like to stay longer and have a kitchen.

My review of Radisson Resort South Padre Island
The hotel was great. I asked if there was a sofa in the room and the desk clerk said Yes but it doesn't have a pull-out bed. That was fine with me because we were too tired to care. I do feel they should educate their staff as to what furniture is in their rooms.

Great Location
Great location, beautiful pools and most of the facility was excellent. My room was in the add on section and was a very poor excuse for a room. It was dirty and poorly maintained!! The view of the pool area was excelent and the beach was as good as it gets. The rest of the hotel was beautiful, including the newest add-on rooms closer to the beach. I would stay again,,, but not in the same section.

Very basic and overpriced
South Padre Island is a beautiful place however, for the price it did not turn out to be the best deal for the money. For one, there was no info about what was going on in the hotel (entertainment, resturants, and events)including, around town. We found out on our own by going to the front desk to ask for it and the chamber of commerce visitor's center. There were many rooms with a view of the beach that were vacant. The best view that was offered was the view of the swimming pool. In the long run, we had a good time but only because we had a positive attitude and it was my wife's birthday.

Great eating establishments by the water and resonable. Clean beaches and the people are very friendly. I ate a bad piece of oyster at Amberjacks. The waiter just jokes about it.

KIDS LOVED THE POOL. CONVENIENT GARDEN VIEW CABANA ROOMS PROVIDED EASY ACCESS TO POOL AND BEACH.
