Good place
The room was nice and clean. The AC worked great and kept the room cold. Breakfast was good, but very crowded later in the morning. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, which is nice as well.

Staff friendly and accomodating
The staff was very personal and accomodating to my needs. We raced the morning after our stay at Natural Bridge Caverns. The staff allowed for a late checkout to allow us to shower up before we checked out.

Chili's is across the parking lot, very reasonably priced and offered good food.

Great experience!!!
Went to New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn, got two rooms. Much better if the room had a microwave and refridgerator. But we were able to use the microwave on the first floor.

Great Place to Stay
This Hotel in Shertz was not that far from Schlitterbahn and located right off the highway so it was easy to get find and get too. It was very clean and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly, we even forgot our toothpaste at home and the front desk supplied us with some which was very nice and a first for me. We stayed in a single room with a king size bed which was very comfortable and clean. The room had a more current feel and even had an LCD TV. The breakfast in the lobby was great there were lots of choices though was a bit crowded the day we stayed. We were on the third floor, it was very quiet, so overall our one night stay was very pleasant. We would more than likely try to book this one again if we were to travel that way.

Good choice!
Because of the nature of our trip, we only stayed a few hours (10:30 pm to 9:00 am); but still, the room was clean, courteous lobby attendant, good continental breakfast. A mini-fridge would have been a big plus, though; even for a short stay.

more like a 3 and a half star hotel!
Positives:1. Wonderful staff - even when only 1 person was working, they did their best to accommodate to the our requests.2. Clean rooms3. Comfortable beds4. Pantene Pro-V hair products!5. Nice decor (lobby, eating area, and rooms)5. The elevators arrived quickly! I'm used to staying in hotels that has more than 20 floors and having to wait for elevators, so this was a nice change to just push the call button and an elevator came in less than 15 seconds!Negatives:1. There was this weird clicking sound in the bathroom that went on all night and day, but I'm a deep sleeper so I was able to sleep through it2. The soap was really hard to wash off!3. I found a spider in my room - but there were no spider webs, so I don't think the hotel was its home.

Great stay at a great hotel!!
What a great alternative to staying in New Braunfels. The Fairfield Inn and Suits is Schertz is only about 11 miles away and WOW what a clean and nice hotel. We will stay here again next time.
