Perfect Place To Stay
This place was perfect. I have a 19 month and the room was spacious enough for him to run and play and not disturb the rest of the family. It was close to the river walk and other activities and we never had to drive. I will definitely be back!

Surprise getaway
Amazing location for the price! Hotel was very clean, staff was super nice, door security guard was awesome too! Parking was a short distance away, we actually drove around the block a couple of times trying figure out where to park. We ended up not needing the vehicle after we parked because we were so close to everything!! We would deffinately stay here again!

Not again
The hotel's location on the Riverwalk was great, and the room was fine, considering that it was a very old, historic hotel, but the staff and service left much to be desired, the parking was ridiculously inconvenient, the extra security deposits were excessive, and worst of all, there were two bars directly under us and we had to listen to drunken revelers until 4 in the morning both nights.

Riverwalk Extraordinaire!
Traveled the riverwalk and attended the Alamo Bowl game.Beautiful accomodations, quality suite with great amenities and very well-decorated. Staff was courteous, helpful, professional. This fun location right above the Riverwalk was well-priced, and well worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

Pefect Place to Stay
I was in town for a convention which was on the other end of the riverwalk at the convention center. I liked being on the opposite end though because my hotel is near all the hot spots of the riverwalk and downtown san antonio.

Stay Someplace Else
Hotel is a time-share that rents rooms. Building smells old and musty. Concrete floors in rooms. Tiny bedroom with bed and tv stand: no dresser, no chair or luggage storage in bedroom--at night throw your clothes on the floor? Tiny closet that suitcase would not fit in. Had to leave suitcase on the floor. Bedside lamps are wall-mounted and must be turned on and off from the hallway outside the room (no switches on lamps). I could hear every zipper being unzipped, every cough, sneeze, phone conversation next door. Windows are all sealed shut. Entry is through seedy-looking street (looks more like an alley). Parking is $15 per day at a garage down the street. There is a loading zone across the street from resort, but it was always occupied when I needed it. Housekeeping is available 9-5:30 if I remember correctly. Stay someplace else.

Review of Wyndham Riverview Suites
It is a great location to restaurants and shopping but the entrance being in the alleyway was a little scary. The room card wouldn't open the secure entrance so we always had to be buzzed in by the check-in desk on the 2nd floor. It was close to just about everything so that was great. Our view was of the alleyway where trucks came very early and were noisy. The washer and dryer were great. The jetted tub was great.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Some restaurants on the Riverwalk require reservations so it's a good thing to go early and get put on the list.
