Oversized rooms and luxurious suites at stately River Walk landmark
The Westin Riverwalk San Antonio stands on the banks of the Paseo del Rio and is connected to its namesake. Many rooms and suites offer views of the river and extra-large accommodations. All rooms have an oversized marble bathroom, with separate bath and shower stalls, and spa features. The lobby-level café, aptly named Caficito, serves Starbucks coffee, pastries and fresh fruit. Dine on the riverside patio or in the lush interior of Zocca, the in-house Italian restaurant. A poolside bar operates seasonally. Spa features are available poolside.

As expected

Hotel was as expected: clean spacious rooms, friendly professional staff, good location, though more options for dining would be appreciated. The buffet breakfast has limited options and one night we could hear the guests in the next room. I was surprised to find that internet access was not free. Overall, a great place to stay for the price.

Let Down

First we were given the wrong room -a one bed insted of a 2 bed. We only had a day there and it took over a half hour for the change and only then because we called a second time. We then asked for a roll-away which wasn to be brought right up. An hour laster they called and said they could not give us one. For the money we paid it was a great disappointment!!!

THIS IS THE GREATEST PLACE TO STAY!!!!

THIS HOTEL WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER STAYED AT. THE ROOMS WERE SPOTLESS AND THE SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE! THEIR STAFF WAS VERY WELL TRAINED AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY! WHAT A TREAT IT WAS TO STAY AT THE WESTIN! I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT TRIP THERE!!!

OK

I have stayed at this hotels before and had a wonderful experience however I cannot say that for this trip. Had numerous problems which took a great deal to time and effort on my part to get resolved.

Great Stay

You just can't go wrong with this hotel. It's very top notch and any complaints I have would be so minor that I'd end up being seen as nitpicky. We can't have that, but this Westin is a great value and experience.
