The worst experience ever.
This was the worst experience I have ever had to go through, the room was never cleaned comforter had blood, the tub was black it hadn't been cleaned in a while. You could tell that the sheets were not changed yellow spots and hair all over, bathroom mirrors looked like the toothpast exploded or that someone just spit up toothpast all over. I have never been to a hotel that has been this nasty. That bad thing is that they couldn't fix the problem right away neither.

not what i was told
When i arrived they messed the booking up and gave me only one full size bed, when i reserved two, they had no extra pillows or blankets and we had 2 children with us. No breakfast

It's okay
The description that it is only 1.2 miles to Sea World is not correct. Which is why we had picked this hotel. It was at least 4 miles to Sea World. They ran out of most items for breakfast before 8:30. Then you were left with plain bagels, toast or dry cereal since they ran out of milk and muffins. The rooms were okay since we were just sleeping there, but the bathroom cleanliness had a lot to be desired. The shower still had several hairs in it. We will not be staying here again on our future trips.

World Shoot stay
Convienent to Lackland AFB and quiet
Quiet and comfortable. Doors were secure but need replacing.
