Bad even by low end hotel standards
We chose this hotel specifically for the Hot Tub and Pool as described. Upon arrival we found that the pool and hottub in the picture is NOT what they really have. They had a very tiny 14 x 20 pool inside a very old and tired looking area. There was no hottub or outside pool as pictured. The cot we ordered was broken and dirty, we went to the desk and they took the broken one to replace. When we returned the replacement cot was still not there so we went to the desk and they went to the storage room and tried to give us back the same broken cot we had before. When I pointed this out they exchanged it for another on which I had to wheel to the room on my own. Then when we set it up the mattress was filthy and stained. We went to breakfast the first day and it was a dirty mess and most things were about out. The second day we went to breakfast it was so dirty and out of everything that we went to the pancake place next door to eat and spent $30 rather than try to scavange up a few stale pieces of bagel. The staff was lazy and watching tv most of the time, you felt like you were imposing on them to ask for a towel or a clean bed. Also beware of this location, it is in a bad part of town, very run down area. Needless to say, we will never stay here again. this place was bad even by low end standards.

In Hotel
Don't stay here, even if it were free I would not stay here again. Get the 24 hour pass on the river taxi's it is well worth it and you can just ride around, it is fun!

Hotel lobby nice, door to room didn't lock unless you lefted the door each time. Pool really small, 6 people in pool at time can get crowded, sauna light did not work. Fitness room 3 pieces of equip. Breakfast was good. Rooms nice.

great for the money
The Super 8 Motel was a good motel for the money you paid. My only complaint was that the wifi was down but the front desk provided me with as usb connection that was just as good. the pool was very small and a bit dirty but over all i was pleased with this motel. It had all the amenities that i needed in the room and didn't have to go to the front desk and ask for them. great location. was right off the exp and a few mins from downtown.
