Got what we paid for!!!
We were in for a 4 day event all we did at our hotel was sleep and shower. It was a great price for the time we were there. Even if there were more ammenities we would not have been able to enjoy. Nothing fancy but we were close to where we needed to be and YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT LIL JONNY'S FOR BREAKFAST just a walk away.

Location, location,location
The hotel was very close to the coliseum and that is what we needed. It was clean but could use some updating. They could use a bigger parking lot. Over all it was nice place to lay your head down.

Disgusting
My hotel stay was beyond horrible and uncomfortable. The staff members were not helpful and very rude/abrupt. Upon entering the room, it reeked of Brut (stinky men's aftershave) and the carpet was soiled and felt dirty to the touch. Needless to say I wore my flop flops the whole time. The shower head had a lime buildup which impacted the water pressure. I selected this hotel as I was in town for a concert. Although it's conveniently located and minutes from the AT&T Center, I'd rather drive across town than to stay here again.

MIni Vacation
This Hotel was not up to par. The shower was NOT clean. The water did not drain in the bathtub so you bathed in dirty water. It was NOT worth the $125.00 I paid. I was not happy at all.

If you travel alot dont pay over $35
The hotel is ok if you dont know what $70 a night can get you. The hotel is poorly kept, minimal customer service, television hardly worked, beds were hard and the pillows were very worn. The continental breakfast was cheap muffins, a 3 to 4 oz. cup of orange juice, coffee, no creamer, and some fruit and stale cereal.

Horrible Service
The Super 8 Motel was very horrible, there was hair in the tub and for some reason the pool water was green and salty. The mini-fridge was broken in our room and they never came to fix after telling them to fix it several times. The ice machine would only throw out a couple of pieces of ice. You get what you pay for, but I would definitely not recommend this place again.

1st impression
the hotel is located minutes away from the riverwalk area & right across the highway from splashtown. check in & out were quick & easy. only complaint was that the carpet in 1 of our rooms was badly stained & some sections looked as if they had been recently replaced. good value for the money since we didn't spend a lot of time in our rooms. those looking to spend time at the hotel may want to look for another place to stay.

OK if cleanliness does not matter to you
External facilities are dirty, full of cigarette butts and water draining from each room A/C across the walk areas. Carpets were dirty - don't take your shoes off. Pool area and water was dirty and full of crickets. A/C controls were not working properly, housekeeping did not make beds or replace towels and left dirty coffee grounds from last visitors in the pot, then left grounds from our use on the tv stand. But the tv worked.

Excellent Service
The Super 8 Hotel was nice. I enjoyed my stay there. I liked having the microwave, fridge and blow drier in the room.
