Studio 6 San Antonio Medical Center

the room was clean but the site says microwaves NO SUCH ONLY IN SPECIAL ROOMS,wood floors turned out to more like laminate or stick on fake wood cause it had chips in it,the water never got hot,toothpaste on bathroom wall,air conditioner was GREAT,mostly quiet, tv had few channels and was very small they need to get with the times,the bed was so old I could feel the springs in the mattress which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep plus it squeked evrytime you would move on it,i would only stay here if i had no other choice call to make sure you get what you want bf\efore booking as you may be surprised, i expected to have a microwave and did not thusly i had to go out to eat and or order from other places, if you order from the menu in room you have to order a minimum amount whether there is one or more in your room, NOT FAIR TO SINGLES,they love animals which is good.take a computer so you can call and order from nearby restaraunts DONT PAY $2.99 a day for their wifi take along your own mobile broadband with you

The worst was the dirty coffee maker. The toilet had yellow urine stains on the side, the fridge had grease on the side. The room smelled awful, like stale cigaretts. No screens on windows to air out the room. I think just a few extra wipes while cleaning would have made the room better and maybe spray the room down with OUST!!

I was expecting more because this was my second time that I had stay on a studio 6 (mc allen, tx) and on that location the room was great

the room is intended for long term stay. it had everything and the kitchen sink. except a blow dryer.great location very quiet and minutes away from downtown, shopping, movies. Nice place overall.

The room smelled like a wet dog. The air conditioner was dirty inside-out. Bathroom needed a good scrub.

HOTEL WAS OKAY EXCEPT 4 THE FACT THAT WE ASKED 4 A NON SMOKING ROOM N WE GOT THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. WE HAD TROUBLE SLEEPING CAUSE THE SMELL REEKED!! OTHER THAN THAT STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THE COULD HAVE PROVIDED SOME TYPE OF CONTENENTAL B-FAST.

room smelled very clean when we walked in and was all we expected it to be will stay there again.

Since this was my first stay in an extended stay hotel I have nothing to judge the hotel by. As far as I can tell all is well EXCEPT: 1. The AC blows directly on the bed and there is no way to re-direct the air flow cause the vent cannot be moved or closed. 2. The AC unit is not effective in removing the humidity and everything in the room was continually damp. Otherwise, all was fine.

The studio motel 6 was a good bargain for the money. You are located right in the heart of the medical center so everything isn't a terrible long drive. So whether it be fiesta texas, downtown, or sea world as your destination you will be happy to know that you probably won't be in your car more than 20 minutes. This is depending on traffic of course. :)
