It's okay.
It was an OK place to stay. When we booked it said either a king or two queens, we picked the king but when we got there it was in fact a queen. We have a king of our own and believe me, it wasn't a king size bed but we dealt with it. We found hair in the shower, hair on the towel they fold into a neat little "thing," a booger on the wall, and a toenail that I happen to step on. The walls are fairly thin and there is a gap underneath the door but I think it is because so the staff can slip notes or whatever underneath it. But you can hear everyone and I mean "everyone" walking and talking which was very irritating. Their shower and bathroom had sliding doors which I thought was kinda neat at first until you start to hear neighboring guest closing them, if you don't quietly and slowly close them, they bounce off and bang off the door jam which added to the noise. We were "very lucky" to have people with kids, which parents weren't able to quiet down and since they have an iHome in every room some people tend to JAM out. Their doors automatically deadbolt which is convenient but noisy so it sounds like everyone is slamming the doors when they close because they kinda close on their own with i guess a hydraulic thingy but we realized early on so we tried to close them slowly. I have definitely stayed at a better hotel/motel with a lower star rating

Good place to stay
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Well maintain and clean rooms. It will increase the rating if breakfast were replenished more often.

Air Force Graduation
This hotel was very nice. The rooms were great. We were so busy with events at Lackland Air Force Base we didn't spend a great deal of time in the room but we thought it was the nicest Spring Hill we have stayed in. Very nicely decorated, large rooms and very clean.Breakfast one morning was lacking, few items were out, coffee was cold, but that was our only complaint all week. Highly recommend it.

comfortable and roomy getaway
It was a great experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable also. We were close to town and Lackland Air Force Base which is why we were there in the first place. The staff was friendly. There was a nice outdoor patio. There was a small pool and a computer area where you can print out your boarding passes. There is an exercise area and the breakfast was pretty good. There is work area seperate from the bedroom area which is nice and came in handy. There were separate rooms for the shower and toilet which was also handy. On the down side, the doors to the bathroom were glass which when someone got up early to take a shower it kinda woke up the rest of us. But on the whole...it's a very nice, comfy hotel!

Great Hotel!!! a little far from attractions
The rooms were very clean, and the staff was amazing and professional, we had a terrific stay. The only drawback was that it is far from all of the major attractions in San Antonio but thats a small thing VERY VERY satisfied

Airforce Gradution trip
We loved it's modern design, comfort and breakfast! It was a great location to everything to eating, shopping and Lackland AFB. We will look for this Marriot branched hotel where ever we travel in the future.

Short Notice Trip
After the sudden passing of my mothers aunt, we planned a short notice trip to San Antonio to visit family. It was at times a stressful 7 days, but my nerves were quickly restored every time we got back to the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the clean modern aesthetic, that just unwound my nerves. And one of the most helpful staffs I've ever experienced. By the end, the night crew knew us by face and were always helpful; even going to so far as to compile a list of local chiropractors for my mother.... I could go on and on, but a 5 star rating says it all.
