Horrible

Bad Location, very noisy, bad plumbing,dirty sheets and blankets. just a very horrible experience!!

so/so

The room was dirty, the staff was great, the price was great, and the location of the bars we wanted to go to were are all in walking distance so that was perfect. Lu lu'sCafe has the best home cooked meal you have ever tasted.

The hotel is quite isolated and is about 20 minutes walk to River Walk. The room door could not be opened after 3 attempts even though the keyroom reader showed the green light. The housekeeping took all the old towels away but they didn't replace with the new one. When I complain this to the front desk, they promised to me some new towels but I waited whole night and received nothing. The good thing is they provided a variety packets of little snacks for breakfast

location is the best feature

although right next to the freeway and noisy, the hotel is also right on the trolley line to downtown, making it easy to leave the car at the hotel and take public transportation to the Alamo and Riverwalk area. Rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. Restaurant next door is great for breakfast.

"Original" Mexican restaurant on Riverwalk is great and also open 24 hours.

Acceptable

Clean and close to city center. If you are going to visit here by public transportation, this hotel is convenient as it is very close to a tour bus station. But the breakfast was unbelievably bad, almost nothing. Just coffee and some biscuits. The lady at night reception is quite impatient. When I asked her about the bus routes, she showed huge impatience and tried to avoid helping by saying she did not know anything and could not find anything online.

Horrible stay

The room was dirty and the bathroom had some significant problems, especially with the comode, which was not secured to the floor, and the shower, where the caulking looked like it was done by a toddler. Giving it one star was way too generous. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Worst and dirtiest motel ever - don't stay here

Urine in the bed linens. Mold everywhere. Room looked like it had never been cleaned. Dirty towels. Reused laundry bag. Very filthy place for $80 a night! Just disgusting my clothes reek of urine. Cockroach infestation, you can see trash everywhere. This place is a dump. Location under the noisy freeway. Free breakfast is a bunch of tiny stale sweets. Was not compensated in any way for the huge inconvenience of moving rooms because of filthy rooms. Couldn't leave since was there with others and shared a car.

My Stay

Brought Home Roaches(wasn't happy) , Mold on bathroom walls , Air wasn't cold enough on high,Poor maid service but it was close to where my I were doing my business the only plus
