Rooms larger than normal motel rooms, which is a nice thing. First room: The coffee pot did not work, manager brought a new one which worked fine: 2. Had a water leak under the sink and the carpet was wet there. Moved to a second room where everything worked fine. Finished business on Monday so did not stay the second night. No refund offered by the manager.. Would stay again if nothing else at a comparable price was offered. Did not get breakfast which was supposed to start at 7:00 a.m. at which time the doors were still not unlocked, Had to leave for appt., so did not get breakfast.

Short drive from hotel
Huge grocery store. Could camp out for quite a while with all it has to offer. As our stay was short did not eat at any restaurant or do any other shopping in the area.

Great price for great hotel
This hotel was clean and comfortable, although the wireless service was a bit slow. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Dirty place to stay
Upon arrival we found the bath tub to be very dirty and the floor had wads of toilet paper all over it. I would not stay at the place again even if it was offered for free.

Just Awful
The Regency Inn and Suites hotel was very dissatisfying. The room was dirty and the bathroom was hideous. Waste from the prior occupant was left in the refrigerator. This was our indication that the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The room had a terrible mold smell and the carpet was VERY dirty. The bathroom had hair in the shower. PLEASE don't stay in this hotel. Just spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and location were horrible. It was in the middle of nowhere and I felt unsafe staying in the room at night. My toilet didnt work through the first two days which was VERY upsetting and they finally came and fixed it on day 3 but on that night it overflowed and when I called the office they told me I had to switch rooms which was very inconvienient. I guess it goes that you get what you pay for.

not very friend.
First of all when I arrived, The room was not very clean and the managment of the hotel was very poor.

Mold
My room had months worth of mold growing in the bathroom, burnt out light bulbs and a roach for company. The carpet was sticky and the walls stained in questionable ways. They offered to move me to a different room which had a toliet that wouldn't stop running. The other room didn't have mold or a roach, but was otherwise comparable. I've stayed at $19.99 a night hotels that were cleaner.
