Red Roof Inn San Antonio Downtown Riverwalk

The Hotel is within walking distance of the alamo and river walk and there is even a bus route that will drop you off directly in front of the hotel if need be. It was a great room and great deal considering some of the other options plus it was very clean.

The Red Roof Inn was very comfortable, clean, and the had a great parking garage. Staff was very helpful and polite. The room was big and the vanity was seperate from bathroom. They had a swimming pool that the kids really enjoyed. Inn was a few block from RiverWalk Mall, the Alamo and the river. The whole family enjoyed our stay and we will use this hotel again.

This Inn provided the basic needs for our family to stay, I would have been more satisfied if it were cleaner. The carpet need vacuuming, mold on the shower edge, shower curtain smelled like old mop, bed sheets were dingy and even a small blood stain on one pillow. It was in walking distance to alot of major attractions which saved on gas and parking fees. We did have to cab it to market square though to far to walk in the heat. The free breakfast was only a muffin, coffee or juice, but better than nothing and you can have as many as you like. The breakfast area needs to be expanded to fit more people a bit croweded. Next time I will pay more and get a cleaner place to stay that what makes a Hotel stay good in my book.

Clean, close to the convention center and Riverwalk. You do have to walk under the interstate to get to convention center, etc. (not a big deal to me). There was also some noise from a train that goes behind the hotel. Management was helpful and competent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Comfortable room, had plenty of room even with desk area but the sitting chairs were not very comfortable. Plenty of space for hanging clothes & drawer space. Location was convenient to Alamo & Riverwalk & a variety of resturants along with shopping at the Riverwalk Center.

The room was fairly well sized. The bathroom was small but clean. The room was clean. Breakfast was muffins, jucie and coffee. The location was within walking distance from the Riverwalk in San Antonio and offered value for price.

Red Roof Inn San Antonio Downtown was very clean and comfortable, and close to the major attractions, within walking distance of the Alamo, Riverwalk and the great Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurant. Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in our room which really is a must in Texas to keep water and drinks cool. Also would have preferred to have a hair dryer rather than an iron, and maybe a bit more breakfast than packaged muffins. However, we would certainly stay there again ( and bring our own ice chest next time )

The Red Roof Inn San Antonio Downtown is very close to the Alamo and San Antonio Attractions by walking distance, its actually 3 blocks away. The hotel has been recently renovated and has a big parking lot , so you don't need to pay extra for parking in downtown which might be expensive. The 2 bed room is big. Amenities are really basic but enough if you're traveling on a budget. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast which consisted of juice and a muffin. The property is next to a highway but there is not really a lot of noise as I would thought there would be and makes it easy to arrive and depart.

The Red Roof Inn had a great enviroment, the location was great, just 5 minutes walking to downtown. Though, they can use some spanish speacking people and maybe more employees at the front desk specially at the chek out time.

The Red Roof Inn in San Antonio was convenient to the River Walk. The hotel was in disrepair and although the room seemed clean enough, the rest of the hotel did not. I was very disappointed.
