Restless, dirty, sleepless night
This is my third stay and two were disastrous. My first stay was pleasant, so I came back. My second stay children were running on the floor above my room. Apparently the staff couldn't or wouldn't do anything. My third stay February 26, 2011, was the worst. The first thing I noticed was mold all around the bathtub. Then about two hours after we went to sleep the running and talking upstairs started and kept us awake for two hours. I will never come back to this hotel.

Not Happy
The staff was nice and polite however our room was not the cleanest. There was hair in the bathroom and a bug problem. The breakfast was not edible.

Mikes San Antonio Wachovia Job Interview
The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful while I stayed at the hotel. I enjoyed the idea of a Happy Hour event. That was a great idea and I hope that continues. The continental breakfast was good, it would be nice if there was a little more food choices. Such as sausages and fruit danish. It would have been helpful if your hotel offer shuttle service from the airport.

Nice Place To Stay...
Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, and location of hotel was near many major stores and restaurants (Walgreen's, Super Target, Khols, HEB). Free high speed internet WiFi on every floor is a major plus. Complimentary breakfast with "Texas" shaped waffles were delicious. Hotel was quiet, well lit, and had plenty of parking near enterances.

Weekend Getaway
The hotel was very conveniently located. We were in San Antonio for Sea world and it was only 8-10 minutes away from the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind next time we are in town.

Pets OK ?
The location has good access to freeway and restaurants, Check in was good and fast.The room was good size. Bathroom door opens into the tub area and was too close(could not move around tub and toilet with ease, I'm average size) The chairs and carpet looked soiled and stained. Linen all good and clean with no problem getting extra when needed. Good location for our business needs. We will return.
