Nice Hotel
The staff at the hotel were very freindly.The hotel did not have the option to eat dinner,that was okay,there were plenty of resturants in walking distant.My wife and I were very satified with the hotel.

Passing San Antonio at the Pear Tree
The Pear Tree Inn was nicely located close to airport and major highway access to Austin, six flags and the new La Cantera Shopping Area. The rooms were a good size. I enjoy the separate bathroom from the vanity area. The non-smoking room was clean and smelled nice. The pillows were soft, and the decor looked good and not outdated. There was sufficient coffee and towels and as a business executive with several appointments and changes this was fabulous not to run down room service for these extras. Internet access and television channel selection were good. Local advertisement of real estate as well as restaurant and town entertainment guides were very helpful in helping us decide on what to do on our time off. I understand they have discounts available as well. Overall, the location and comfort of some simple amenities within this getaway hotel was simply delightful for a short trip.

Very friendly staff
The staff at the hotel went out of there way for us. The kids loved the pool and the location was easy access. We will stay with the Pear Tree again.

Very family friendly
The Pare tree was very family friendly, there were microwave, coffee and refrigerator. If you have childern, you can keep milk and fruit in refrigerator and warm some food in microwave. I fell that's very good to me.

Very nice.
The Pear Tree in was a great stay. The location was excellent. The people were friendly & I was comfortable with all the room had to offer. Ohh and the breakfast was GREAT!

Short drive from hotel
There are several restuarants before & after the hotel off the freeway. Its a short drive away. Very nice & a block away from the airport.
