Motel 6 San Antonio Northeast

The most disgusting hotel by far, the area is horrible near a train rail that happens to run between 1:00 and 3:00, its so close to I-35 you hear to cars all the time, the rooms are old and smell, the walls are so thin you hear everything (and by everything... worst 2 mins. of my life!) the sheets smell and the price they advertise is not even close to what they charge and on top of that you have to pay for the internet really?. I had so many problems from the reservation to the room that Im never staying here again, and if you are reading this believe is better to spend a little more.

I come to San Antonio about once a month for drill. While my rooms are paid for usually, there are times when I have to buy my own room. While I like to think that I have a high tolerance for bad rooms, this one pushed it. Before I had stayed at the same named motel across the street, just south of Rittiman, as well as other hotels of the same price in the same area. However this one was the only with available rooms. The room smelled moldy and the TV had only 3 channels- HBO, ESPN, and a local visitors guide channel. Not a bad value if you're passing through overnight, or do not plan on staying in your room. But anything more than a place to close your eyes- go elsewhere.

The hotel staff was friendly, easy check in. Hotel room was clean, it did not have that bad hotel room. The location of hotel was alright. There are fast food restaurants across the street. It was located close to what we needed to do. Will book again there when needed.

Went there and the rooms were not clean it said it was very close to airport but it was not... would not and will not go back....

We were in town for the funeral of a relative and another relative's birthday celebration so the location of the Motel 6was very convenient. We stayed on the third floor. The elevator to the 2nd and third floors were dirty and smelled really bad. There were exposed electrical outlets with wires hanging out next to the ice machine on the first floor in front of the elevators and there were kids running around there wet from the swimming pool. My husband warned their parents about all the exposed wiring. The room was smelly, people kept knocking on our door after 2am looking for someone named "Esperanza". Our room was dirty. I tried calling the front desk to leave a wake up call and someone would answer and hang up on me. After three times of this, I gave up. We requested towels because there was only one and it was dirty. I called and requested towels and the girl said they didnt have "none". My husband and I showered at a relative's home and borrowed towels from her for our next and final night at Motel 6. All I can say is, never again, we didn't sleep a wink both nights. The morning we checked out, my husband was trying to see if we had left anything behind and he looked under the bed and said he found 2 condom wrappers. NEVER AGAIN!

THIS MOTEL 6 WAS VERY DIRTY AND HAD A BAD ODOR. SO MY BROTHER WAS STAYING AT THE OTHER MOTEL 6 ON FORT SAM HOUSTON RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE OTHER ONE ALSO THE AIR CONDITION THAT NOT COOL AT ALL. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A COMPLIMENTARY ROOM.[...]

Trash under the beds. Bugs crawling around. Carpets stained. Pillows flat. Beds sagged. Kids running around all night throwing bags of garbage onto peoples cars from second floor. Desk clerk was rude. Not worth even the cheapest prices.

It was ok, i really like the price you cant beat what they had to offer on a weekend. the only thing was when i opened the door to the hotel it was really small with no microwave or alarm clock. but heck with the price being pretty cheap, its something!
