Motel 6 San Antonio Fiesta

The hotel was in a good location if you are going to six flags although kind of hard to find. The room was very clean and nice. Only complain is that has very little amenaties such as no iron or shampoo.

Great for a quick last minute get a way. Loved the easy access off and on to the highway and located too many great shops and attractions. Front desk was very helpful!

We stayed at the hotel for only one night. We came in late. the rooms were nice but not much room in the 2 queen rooms. The remodels were nice but they forgot about the bathrooms. The shower was not very nice and the bathtub stopper didnt work so soaking in the tub required a washcloth. lol Overall though it was a nice place for a hort stay. it filled our needs of being close to Six Flags which was our main goal.

We had made reservation for about a month in advance. When we got their we registered and said the rooms aren't ready. Then two hours later we come back after we paid and said that we didn't have the rooms. That we didn't reserve them properly. So not only did we not get the rooms we had paid for, but the receptionnist did not know what to do. Not only she keep repeating that their was no rooms were available, but with her manager keep walking in and out and didn't offer any type of apology for their inconvenience and their mistakes. So I would rate this as one of my worst experiences at a hotel/motel, if not the worst.

Asked for extra pillows from the front desk and were told they did not have any more pillows but could give us an extra blanket. Pillows in room were really thin. The bed was so hard that my back has hurt for three day. Location is good for shopping but will not stay here again.

Nice Location, Clean, Confortable.

My mother helped to reserve a non smothers room. When my dear and I arrived they only had one more room left and it was a smokers room. As if they had already gave our room to and earlier customer. The room was dank and moist. The moisture was not alleviated by the a/c unit. The moisture mixed with smoke in the air was so thick I honestly had difficulty sleeping. I stayed in this room for 3 whole days.

We chose this motel because it was extremely close to Fiesta Texas. That was the only good thing about it. It wasn't very clean and it advertises internet, but when we got to our room there was none. Desk clerk said only a few rooms had internet and you had to ask for one specifically and pay ahead for a "code" to log on. She said blocks were placed so not all rooms could access the internet. Needless to say by that time all wifi rooms were "booked". The pool was constantly closed for maintenance, the shower would not drain and had to be plunged at 2:00 am because the smell was terrible. All kinds of green stuff kept coming from the drain. The price advertised on the sign was cheaper than what we paid through ortiz and the clerk said that it was because of our room and amenities. What amenities. Or room was bare!!! It was not a good experience and would not recommend anyone staying in this motel.

The check in was easy and fast. Motel was able to assure room to back of property due to loud traffic on highway. Room was nicely updated with new wood flooring and flat screen tv. Stains present to both sheets and bed covers. Bed/mattress was kinda hard and flat pillows Overall was a good stay for the price!

It was a nice stay and the only thing was that the floor was kind of sticky they needed to be mopped and broomed
