Good Stuff
Except for the gas smell the first day it was good. Miss the refridgerator. Rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful, friendly, cheerful and they went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. The shuttle driver Mike I believe was very accomendating - excellent!!

Much Better than 2 stars
I've stayed at many Hotels, including a few 5 stars, and some 1 and 2 stars in Europe and I was surprised to learn that this hotel was only rated a 2 star. I'm not sure what goes into these ratings but the Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was half a mile from a great shopping and dining area. The landscape is nothing to speak about but no big deal....the grounds of the hotel were well kept. Keep up the good job!!!

Great value getaway
This hotel is a hidden jewel. It's location is perfect to get to the air base or theme park, but away from the noisy freeways. It is very clean and the staff is great. I was there to go to the Air force graduation and theme park and was easy to attend both. I will stay there again when in the area.

Good for AF graduation.
I stayed here for the graduation at the Air Force Base. The hotel is about 15 mins from the base so it's a great location as far as that goes but it's pretty much dropped in the middle of no where, the night I 1st arrived I was surprised how small the room was (it was extremely small) Then, I came in from a flight and was starving, I took a cab to the hotel and every pizza place/delivery restaurant I called said they didn't cover that area!! The staff were helpful and friendly but the maids weren't very consist on cleaning during the days I was there. One day I left at 6am and came back to my room at 5pm and still no maid! around 5:30p they finally were coming by cleaning the rooms and once again I found the awkward moment where I was trying to move out of their way to clean the room, didn't like that at all. The breakfast was good there, the norm. The drink machine was out of water, wasn't happy with that because the hotel water was nasty! Overall a 2 just because I missed civilization. One thing I will say is they do offer a nice size crib for my 8 month old son!!!

Fantastic place and very nicely remodeled.
Great customer service. Everyone was very courteous. The rooms were extremely clean and enjoyed every part of it.

Great Family Vaca Stay
My daughter and I stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are small but we were only in our hotel room to sleep. It is very close to Sea World and the shuttle that takes you there is well worth it. They will take and pick you up for $10, unlimited times during your stay. Very good deal as parking is $15 per day. Enjoyed the happy hour drinks and snacks. Rooms were clean and staff was exceptionally helpful !! The hotel is a little tricky to find but would recommend!!
