Microtel Inn - Suites San Antonio NE

Room was nice, TV and cable was nice, bed was very comfy. Noise though from I35 was UNREAL- hard to sleep at times due to the interstate noise. Also, the old lady at the front desk is like that school teacher you had in the 6th grade. She watches you like a hawk, like she is your mother- kinda weird, and not very friendly. Overall it was worth the bargain price I paid. Would I take my family here on vacation? NO. Would I stay here again by myself on work? Yea.

my boyfriend and i were on a mini-vacation and we LOVED the room, the staff was very friendly and it was sooo close to downtown i would definately come here again

Horrible Hotel! I paid for a king size bed and they gave me a queen zize bed. I stayed 5 night and they only clean my room 3 days. What is that? No restaurant close to the hotel, the closest was 6 miles.

Hotel is okay, but had a poor experience. Started with a long wait at the counter upon checking-in. Got to the room and the toilet was backed up and overflowing. (got fixed by the way) Then when I finally went to use the "gym," two of the four machines were broken. Location of the hotel was good, but due to the overall experience, I feel that I paid too much for this place.

We had very bad next room tenants. We had to call front desk at 3:00am 1st nite. People next door room were so loud we could not sleep all nite. TV was so loud. We finally called front dest at 3:00a.m. After 2nd call to them, they did something about it. 2nd nite was not as bad, but still awful. Got up to put a towel under big gap on door to adjoining room and big watebug/roach ran across my rith arm. They moved us to another room at 1:00a.m (3rd floor from 1st, just to sleep) Next am we had to go to our reg room in our pajamas and right across the front dest. Never again.,

I went to spend time with friends and get to know the city. I rented out a car and finding my way around was not going to be easy since it was my first time there. But the assitance of the employees at the hotel where of great help. They advised me as to where to go and whats the best places to see and how to get there. They where very friendly as i would go up to my room.Housekeeping was also very good at accomodating my needs and making sure i was happy.I am very pleased and i would definetely stay here again.And the price was AMAZING!!!

Was happy to be at my sons graduation from basic training. The Microtel was dirty ,stained carpet,dingy bathroom and worsed of all the pillows on the bed were old and yucky. The TV remote did not work but the desk staff remedied that problem quickly.The Mirrowed wall was also kinda sleezy.THe sign out front said $49/night and I think I could have gotten a better quality stay at a better hotel on [...].This was part of a package and I don't think it was much of a deal.

The staff is very friendly and honest. They called me within minutes to let me know that I left a couple of personal items in the room after I had checked out. I am very greatfull for that fast call. The beds were very comfortable. The only little concern I had was the tub faucets were leaking and the hallways were hot.

I was barely in my room just went there and slept, but their breakfast was horrible, the room was okay, bed was not as comfortable as I thought, but they say you get what you pay for

Clean, comfortable, great price and so close to San Antonio College and the River Walk.
