Poor Quality
This hotel does not compare to other stays at La Quinta Hotels. The room had a musty smell and the ceiling had mold over the tub. The tub faucet was almost off when turning. There was activity out side of room all night long.

Puffy Hair
Going down hill
We have stayed at this motel several times and have received quality service. That is why we booked here this time. Not again. We left early, The staff was rude, they ran out of towels, they didn't replenish them after we used them, 4 people were suppose to use two towels. They ran out of breakfast supplies and were plain rude. We were very disappointed. We will not stay there again and will not recommend this motel to anyone.

Weekend Stayer
Great Experience
Check in was quick and easy. I came at 11 a.m. rather than the normal check in time and they gave me a room rather than make me wait unlike other places I've stayed. The Staff was very polite and helpful. The next morning I rode the elevator down with one of the cleaning ladies and as I stepped out she said, "Good bye, thank you for staying and have a good day." She was a very nice lady.

I love the location. Clerk was very nice
I just love the location of the hotel, away from the downtown area.I could drive to my meeting and go back to a quiet peaceful area.

My review of La Quinta Inn San Antonio I-10 East
The accomodations were fine for my stay. It was easy on and off from the highway. The manager and staff were very accomodating. I had some special request and they were more than happy to help. The breakfast bar was a plus. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay.

Riverwalk and downtown area just a few minutes away withoutall the congestion.

Room had body odor smell
The staff was friendly in assisting us on locating the hotel. (We got very lost) However, the bedding smelled like body odor. The area around the hotel was under construction and hard to find. But there were close food places that were fairly easy to get to.

There were a couple of fast food places and a truckstop diner across the highway. The gas station was right there also. But beware the construction.

San Antonio trip
We chose this La Quinta over other La Quinta's and other motels because of its cheaper price. It is located on the outskirts of the metro San Antonio area. It turned out to be a great place. We were able to visit anywhere we wanted to go in a very fast manner. It was quick to downtown and other attractions. The staff were very helpful. It was a great place at any price.
