Un Happy Camper
Not Good
The first non-smoking room smelled of smoke and was was equipped with ash tray. There were no other "non-smoking" rooms available that night. Walking bare foot in room resulted in bottom of feet being black from dirty carpet. The only alternative was at another motel from the same chain at a less convient location with a much higher room rate. The second day an actual non-smoking room was made available, the carpet in the second room was dirty we wore flip flops inside. The non-smoking rooms were not marked as such inside or out. Over a 4 night stay there was no manager or other supervisor available. Will not be staying there again.

Convenient and friendly
Front desk was friendly, very convenient location for our travel plans. We were able to drive in and out with ease. Able to drive back and forth from Schlitterbahn and into downtown San Antonio.

Great place and price
This was the beginning night for our one year anniversary and there was a mix up with [...] the bed size. I was disappointed. After some hard work the attendant [...] did he was able to accommodate us. It was great.

it was nice and clean, very quiet
It was very clean, no bugs and it was not noisy. The bed were really comfortable not to firm, very soft.

I definitely recommend going to Denny's restaurant next door, its just a couple steps on over.

urgent family trip

Not too good
At first it looked ok, then we went in bathroom and dirty towels were left from either former guest or maids cleaning towels. The ice maker did not work, vending machine spit out wrong selection. The next morning there was no sugar/creamer packet for coffee. We called for sugar, they did bring but made us leary if they even cleaned the room at all??
