Nicest People, clean and accommodating.
The staff was nice and friendly. Everyone was willing to help and answer questions. We were impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was in working condition and the rooms were well stocked. We never had to ask for anything. The laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced. Our son is an Airman in the AF. He travels around the country. We travel as much as we can to visit him and will continue to stay at La Quinta--a name you can trust! If I could ratew La Quinta higher, I would!

Had a great time!
This hotel is close to the airport, but no airport noise. It was easy to access the interstate & only a short distance from downtown, the Alamo, and several museums and gardens. There was close dining and shopping. If you don't have a car, there's great shuttle service directly from the hotel. The staff had great directions at hand; and the bellboy went out of his way to help us, as did the housekeeping staff. It was really busy when we were there, and the hotel was nearly full. So it was understandable that breakfast was really crowded, the attendant brusque, and there were no extra blankets to be had. We advise going to breakfast early.

Great business stay in San Antonio
I visited Fort Sam Houston for business. The hotel was perfect to A).Come in from the airport vis hotel shuttle, B). Stay at a nice, clean hotel. C). Get great attention for little things as I needed them. D). Swim, workout in the little gym. E. Eat a NICE continental breakfast. Be ready to catch an early flight home with the help of a the staff. Good.

Take a $20.00 cabride to Riverwalk. It's worth staying close to the airport and paying for the taxi. Riverwalk is worth seeing and eating a meal there. It's at the same place as The Alamo. Have a good trip!

Great location & Service
Very clean hotel with great service! Very quiet but superb location just 3 minutes from the airport but not under the flight path. Also right on the main intersection of the city, IH-410 and Hwy 281. Crowded fitness center, but very functional. Nice pool.

What a deal!
We needed a room near the airport to take an earlymorning flight. The price on [...] was great andwe were wonderfully surprised at the quality of thehotel. The exterior, lobby, hallways and room wereall immaculate and stylish. The staff was courteousand helpful, offering to take us to any restaurantwe wanted ( there are a few within walking distance). The linens were upscale and the bed was very comfortable. Free airport shuttle got us to our flight after a nice free breakfast buffet.

We did not need to eat, but fellow travelers mentioned several restaurants/fast food places a few blocks away - must go underneath the freeway. Take the shuttle.

Convenient to Trinity University
Went to see my son at college over the weekend. The hotel is perfectly located for easy fast access to and from Trinity University. Clean, updated - Great value for the price. And, good cable TV variety.

Great weekend getaway for the price
We went for a long weekend to see the Alamo and riverwalk. It was beautiful. We stayed near the airport because we were returning home early in the morning and the hotel offered a shuttle starting at 4am. The bed in the hotel room was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff could not be more helpful. Would stay there again.....

The Alamo and riverwalk were just a short distance from the hotel Parking downtown San Antonio was quite easy. There were several garage close to the riverwalk. Downtown had many attractions and was well worth the trip.
