Comfortable and clean
The hotel was very clean. Even though we were given a non smoking room on a smoking floor there was no odor. We were surprised at how well kept the entire hotel was.

Quick over night stay
Late flight into San Antonio. the hotel was close to airport. Quick cab ride from airport to hotel. the hotel was clean, quiet, internet available, nice breakfast and coffee available in morning. Traveling alone...I felt safe and comfortable

Nothing fantastic. Fridge was loud, shower rod was broken, light bulbs were missing in three lamps. The rod and lights were fixed when we asked; the staff was polite about complaints. Housekeeping was a bit lax about emptying trash and replenishing toiletries and towels. Location by airport is very good for early morning departures and it's an easy drive to downtown (10 minutes to convention center, even in traffic). Parking is ample and there's some good places to eat and a Walmart just a few blocks away.

Nicest People, clean and accommodating.
The staff was nice and friendly. Everyone was willing to help and answer questions. We were impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was in working condition and the rooms were well stocked. We never had to ask for anything. The laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced. Our son is an Airman in the AF. He travels around the country. We travel as much as we can to visit him and will continue to stay at La Quinta--a name you can trust! If I could ratew La Quinta higher, I would!

Great location
Room was a good size and the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is very close to the North Star mall, different restaurants and a Walmart. Plus it's like. 3 min drive to the airport.

Perfect service
La Quinta is very well placed within San Antonio as far as restaurants. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and their shuttle took me to the restaurant which was a short distance away, but not good to walk to because of traffic.
