Good hotel, really close to airport
Air conditioner didn't work, actually was unplugged when maintenance man came at 10:30 PM - he found the problem, fixed it and left. But the air conditioner was really loud - that is probably why the air conditioner was unplugged. BUT, the room was very clean, friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay
We were in town for our grandson's graduation from Lackland AFB basic training. Some of the family arrived by plane, some drove, so we chose to stay at a hotel with airport service. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Had a great time!
This hotel is close to the airport, but no airport noise. It was easy to access the interstate & only a short distance from downtown, the Alamo, and several museums and gardens. There was close dining and shopping. If you don't have a car, there's great shuttle service directly from the hotel. The staff had great directions at hand; and the bellboy went out of his way to help us, as did the housekeeping staff. It was really busy when we were there, and the hotel was nearly full. So it was understandable that breakfast was really crowded, the attendant brusque, and there were no extra blankets to be had. We advise going to breakfast early.

VERY FAMILY
IT WAS GREAT TO STAY AT YOUR HOTEL,IS A FAMILY ONE, ALL THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, AND I LIKE VERY MUCH THE LOCATION. IS VERY CLEAN. AND WE SPEND A GREAT TIME.

The stay at La Quinta was both comfortable and enjoyable. Easy access off highway 410 and 281. Clean room, with nice bathroom, microwave,Fridge and bed. Enjoyed use of pool and was impressed with breakfast setup, downstairs in lounge. Fairly easy access to dinner dining at locaL restaurants. Easy to get to Lackland Air Force base, Downtown San Antonio and Sea World. Minutes from the airport. Great place to stay with Family or as a couples get-away...

Great place to stay
My husband & I always stay at LaQuinta when traveling for pleasure so I knew where I wanted to stay when I had a business trip. LaQuinta San Antonio Airport lived up to all my expectations. The shuttle arrived at the airport within 10 minutes of being called, check in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the shuttle will take you anywhere within a two mile radius at no charge. This came in extremely useful as I was in training in a nearby location and was able to take the shuttle both morning and evening.I stayed for the week and only had a complaint the last day. When I went to my room the last night my key didn't work so I had to go to the desk to get it reprogrammed, I called for the shuttle to get back to the hotel and had to wait an hour and make three different calls. The one suggestion I would make is that there be a change machine put in the laundry facility. I will definatly recommend LaQuinta to all my friends and associates.

ttTexas Cattle and Steak Ranch Restaurant was only a short drive to which La Quinta provided transportation. Great shrimp and main course steaks, particularly the Filet Mignon.

En general buena estancia
El personal de la recepción es poco cortés, a diferencia de las camareras, y me lleve una buena impresión. Mi hermana olvidó sus aretes debajo de la almohada y al regresar por la noche, estaban encima de la cama. No pude contactar a la camarera pero gestos de honestidad ya no se ven tan regularmente, felicidades por eso!
