Knights Inn San Antonio/Medical Center/Fiesta Area

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times within the same month for the fact there were festivities in town and one being the Oyster Bake which had a shuttle ride a mile from the hotel *which was very convienent*. I had no issues except the second time I stayed I couldn't find the remote to the tv, but then again I did not mind also both times I stayed there were no coffee makers but I don't drink coffee anyways. Beds were comfortable, no noisy guests partying. Its very close to a few 24 hours mexican resturants so if you want that last minute margarita or get cravings for enchiladas they're within a mile or two. I would recommend this hotel to my out of town friends who are on a tight budget. Staff was very friendly and I had no major complaints.

The host was friendly and quick i like that. The room wuz not what i expected not clean, flyers all over the floor, and not enough towels my husband had to call and go down to get towels....I was too tire to go argue with the front desk...

I was not expecting 5-Star hotel at the discounted price, but this place was awful !! There were stains on both beds that appeared to be blood on comforters. The blankets were also stained. The coffee maker didn't work. The cabinets were not clean so I left all my things in my suitcase for my stay !!

Coffee maker took over an hour to make one cup of coffee (needs replaced), was told they had coffee in lobby 24 hours a day, not true; they only gave during continental breakfast hours, and did not always open gate to Hotel on time. Was clean when I arrived but was not cleaned each day til after 2pm; my experience has been that the rooms are cleaned daily but usually in the mornings.

You get what you pay for. Don't expect a nice motel. The staff was really friendly and moved us to another room when we explained the lock was busted. The rooms had a slight smell to them like they hadn't been used in a while, but after the AC got going the smell went away and it was freezing. The bed sheets were old, but the beds were comfortable. The shower had endless hot water. We were in SA to go to Fiesta Texas, which worked out great since it's only about 4 miles away from the motel. From what I could tell, Sea World wasn't that far either. Didn't see the pool and didn't care. My husband hated the room when we first got there, but after freezing his booty off during the night he decided he didn't really care as long as the AC worked.

staff was helpful, room was clean and cold, it was really close to Fiesta Texas. The pool was mid size, the beds could have been a little more comfortable, over all we were happy with our stay.

Overall everything was o.k. Room was not super clean. Carpet was dirty, but overall our stay was o.k.
