Knights Inn San Antonio/Fort Sam Houston

This motel was FLEA infested. YES... FLEAS!!! This motel had fleas in the sheets and pillows. I still have ugly scars on my legs and arms from all the scratching I did on my EARLY ride home (yes I checked out a day early). Bottom line, please do not book this motel... the price is NOT worth it!

Knights Inn San Antonio/Sam Houston. The picture is not the same on your site. Bad OLD Motel.I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. My room the toilet was broke from the floor , as soon as you flushed water would gush out between the toliet and floor. The tub was nasty and dirty, You could smell the sewer gas from the toliet. The other room in the tub you get see clobs of hair and the tub was not clean either.They did come in around 11 am and fixed the toliet. They left trash in the bathroom and the wax ring pieces all over the toliet and trash can . We got back at 5:30 p.m. and the room was not clean yet.I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE!!!!!I am now in dispute with the hotel and [...], we left for Dallas at 6:00 that after noon .

To begin with, the hotel was very dirty, the bathroom door was falling apart, not to mention the fleas that were in the carpet. When we got ready to go to sleep my daughters noticed two dead crickets under the pillows. When we awakened and I started to load up the vehicle, I noticed the "Cleaning Man" drinking an alcoholic beverage while he was cleaning the rooms, the reason I noticed him drinking is because I had to come down the stairs where he had placed his beverage, he would come out of the room that he was cleaning and grab the beer that he had placed on the stairs that lead up to our room. I will NEVER stay at a Knights Inn no matter where it is located because if the owners would pay better attention to who they hire to take care of their hotels then our stay would have been more pleasant! I would not ever stay at a Knights Inn even if it were for FREE!!!!

This was a clear case where the price caught my attention before reading the reviews. I truly got what I paid for. I took the approach of giving this hotel the benefit of doubt because not every person is the same so I stayed there. In a nut-shell... this place should NOT be open for business. Dirty toilet, smoke detector was disconnected from the wall, mini frig didn't work, wifi didn't work, carpet was dirty and the room stunk. The kicker was the FLEAS that bit me while lying in the BED!!! I booked for two nights but only stayed one...

the pictures of this hotel made it look nice, but when we arrived I noticed right away it was run down and when we got in the room, it was dingy. there was supposed to be a free continental breakfast, but there was none to be found (not that i would have eaten it). overall once I got there I understood why it was priced so low.

I got in very late at night and the office was locked. I rang the door bell and a man in a wifebeater came to the barred windows to check me in. When I went in my room I noticed that it appeared clean, but while looking for an outlet I saw that actually everything had been swept under the bed or behind the desk and tables and all the baseboards were hanging off the wall. I only slept two hours then left as soon as the sun came up. When I went to check out, the door was still locked and no one came when I rang, so I just left my key in the window and left.

Quiet place to lay your head at night nothing fancy if you are looking for more this is not the place to stay. I was a woman traveling by myself and felt I was safe.

Inexpensive room near Alamo Heights. Convenient to watch soccer tournament. TV remote and selection seemed limited to allot of TV commercials
