Lacking
We booked this hotel for its closeness to downtown. The room itself was nice and comfortable but the location of the hotel and its severe lack of parking ruined it for us. Lets not forget the view from the room of a very poor and scary looking neighborhood. There are only 12 or so cramped parking slots everyone else has to park on the street curb in a not so pleasant neighborhood, and should something happen to your vehicle the staff said they were not responsible. Breakfast was sad too. The breakfast area was a 2 chair nook with a coffee dispenser and case with pastries located right in front of the front desk. Never again!

Nice Location...lazy house keeping
THE GOOD...location was great. The room was decorated nicely. My bed was cozy and comfortable. It was quiet and a romantic setting. THE BAD...The hotel was convientially located in walking distance of the Riverwalk but at night the walk back had me praying that the group of young men in bandanas and saggin pants would not bother me and my 6yr old daugther. EVERY TIME I called the operator for either an extra blanket or a question of suggested events it went to voice mail. There's no elevator. My room was clean at first glance but when I went to lay down, I saw old food pieces on the floor, and items left behind from other occupants. The tub wasn't clean but wasn't filthy. One could tell it wasn't cleaned from the last stay. I would stay here again but I won't walk at night.

Elegant for the price
The only reservation I had was in the quality of its location everything else was perfect and accommodating for my short stay. It is within walking distance to the Riverwalk but wouldn't recommend walking back at night especially away from the main road but I really enjoyed the interior design.

Fun Time
Great :)
The hotel was brand new and open less than a month. It is very clean and very homey. We loved it. It was close enough to everything but far enough away to make it very quiet and comfortable.
