Great Family Vacation
Really enjoyed resort. Although it is several miles (about 15) outside of the downtown area and therefore, renting or having a car is essential, the resort itself was beautiful and the pool and water park great for the kids. Good restaraunts on resort but also several very close by (within 2-3 miles of resort property) as well as a great dine in movie theater if you want to escape the heat for a few hours. My boys had so much fun, they actually said that they were going to miss Texas when we were leaving.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
Riverwalk and the Alamo is a must. Amazing shops and restaraunts and you can take a boat tour of the river to learn more history of the city. Villita Village has art shops and galleries that can be found in the oldest residential section of the city where they converted antebellum homes into galleries and restaraunts.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The restaurant food was spectacular. Hotel very clean and the pools excellent.

Mom of Four
A Great Family Get Away!
An awesome resort! The poolside and the River Bluff were a BIG hit with the kids. The resort felt like a home away from home. We all enjoyed hanging out in the lobby areas at night to play games. The resort grounds were beautiful and full of activities for the kids...tennis, basketball, games, etc. The location was pretty convenient...short drive to the highway. We recommend RiverWalk, The Alamo, SeaWorld. We all love the Natural Bridge Cavern and Safari...only 20 minutes drive from the resort.

My kids love room service and we order at least 2 or 3 breakfast in bed when we travel. We only did the first morning at the hotel...very disappointing...everything was cold and tasted stale.

Exceptional Resort
We mostly enjoyed the River Bluff experience which is the pool/waterpark area. It is a beautiful section of the Resort, and offers a ton of fun and relaxation. The rest of the hotel facility is excellent and extravagant. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The only negative is that the top sheet of the double bed is not wide enough.

Hill Country Fantastic!!!
WOW, this exceeded our best expectations. Everything was perfect including the Thankgiving meal in the ballroom. Bring the bathing suit year-round. The water is 86 degrees.

Great Anniversary Weekend
It was our anniversary weekend and we had a wonderful room with a great balcony and an amazing view. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center was very nice. We were unable to rent a cabana, but the poolside service was great. This our second stay at this resort and we will definitely go back.
