Not what we expected
Our family went on a San Antonio vacation. The only thing we did at out hotel was sleep. The room was smocking after we had booked non smoking, the carpets were wet, the fixtures on the ligh switches and the lamps were broken, the sheets were dirty and there were a few bugs. The pool had broken tables and chairs and the water was not clean. The tables around the pool were also ver dirty. It was not a great experience. The staff was unfriendly as well. The rooms were also very loud, you could hear everyone running around in the hall and talking.

My boyfriend had a basketball tournament so we just needed a place to rest up for the weekend. The hallways were kinda smelly and it was very hot walking into the room. The air condition didn't make the room cooler for about another 2 hours after we got in. I tried calling for more towels but no one answered, and I had been informed that a employee party was going on so I'm assuming that's why no one answered in the front.

On a positive note... it was only like a 7 minute drive to the riverwalk.

Good Value, good location
Older facility kept clean with friendly staff. Quiet though just off the freeway. For out of town folk the Texas service road system takes a bit of getting used to. Just 5 minutes from $8 parking at convention center.

Nessesary Getaway
We were there for my husband on a busness trip. We have used that hotel before and everytime we o we have a conveiant clean room with friendly service. It is always nice to go there.

Location is close to highway, convenient to get to places. Room is clean and spacious. There's microwave and refrige in the room. AC is loud, but I don't use it during the night since room temp is OK during Christmas. Breakfast is very simple. In general, u get the price's worth.

Nice just for a couple days
The hotel is confortable, the only problem is that there was only hot water in the room. And the signal of the wi-fi, was very poor.

Nice staff,
Went for conference. Got deal at conference. They charged more for conference people going directly through hotel. Staff very nice but place needs some renovation. Would go there again.

Good Hotel to stay
It's a good hotel to stay, at the time we went they were some arragements to the hotel. Rooms are clean, just one thing not very one was the the floor sound when you walk.

good price
at first i was kinda happy about the room at this motel has me an my family went in the place looked clean until we started putting our stuff inside lots of dust some places that didn't get clean out must have been it was small places but it still look nasty another thing when we was going to bed we was pulling the covers to cover ourself man was i surprise when i notice that the box matress was almost falling apart it was so old that i could not beleived they still ahd it in the room other than that it was ok
