"Great Experince"
we had a great time while in San Antonio. The Indigo was a very nice place, the beds were awsome. Slept like a baby. The only thing the rooms were missing was a microwave.

Good Enough
I travelled to San Antonio for my boyfriend's birthday with a large group of friends. We chose Hotel Indigo because of the location on the riverwalk and the large rooms. In terms of location, I think it was okay. It's not right in the middle of the action but it's not that far of a walk either. The hotel is very lovely, it looks just like the pictures suggest. I had a few troubles with checking in since I was told my rooms would be connected and when I got there, they weren't. My rooms ended up being on two different sides of the hotel. Other than that, both of the rooms had bathrooms with a really strong smell that even when the maintence came and cleaned, still stunk. The comforter on one of the beds was stained very badly along with the pillowcases, but they were replaced really quickly with clean ones. Overall, the hotel lived up to my expectations. It was very loud at night and in the mornings because of the many bars that are placed along the riverwalk, but I'm pretty sure that many of the hotels experience the same thing.

hotel indigo
Was an attractive hotel with a convenient locale, seemed clean but a couple of hairballs floating around on the wood floors in room were a little gross. Bathroom was small.

Attractive hotel w/great customer srvc
This is a very cute; well maintained hotel. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel description boasts it's location on the San Antonio Riverwalk... but be aware that while it IS located on the "Riverwalk", it is also a long walk or river taxi to the main Riverwalk shopping, food, and entertainment area.

quaint spot
Finding the place can be a little tricky.Parking wasnt very good.If you arive late get food before you get there . there is no late night room service. Maid service lacked a bit . We got one washcloth per room , not per person. Room was great , Executive king. poor view. River view with standard rooms.Great front desk staff. Thanks Ron.Long walk to the river center areas, but great views and not crowded. Over all I still liked the place .

Awesome place to visit
the hotel was good, we got more than we paid for. the staff was attentive and coherent, they did their best to keep us happy. the only thing we did not like was the pool size, but seeing all the kids around I was okay with the 4 ft deep end. in all the trip was good and the hotel was worth more than we paid.

Nice, new but still getting started.
We decided to try the hotel after looking at the trendy-looking pictures and great price. While the word "Riverwalk" is true, we were told it is a 10 minute walk to most of the Riverwalk restaurants. Upon check-in, we had a long wait while the 2 desk attendents worked together to help the each of the other three guests check-in. The room was nice and updated and the downstairs bar and patio appeared to have a good ambience. Overall, good value.

Pretty Place...understaffed
It's a nice spot and really nice rooms. As long as you don't need anything while you are there it's great! But good luck finding someone if you do. It was pretty aggrevating a few times.
