Me and my family had a great time. my wife was extremely happy with the room and the kids 2-11-13 had. an awesome time. the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the park as well. We were in the rooms next to the elevator and didn't hear any noise what so ever. Over all I would rate my stay a 8 out of 10.

San Antonio Vacation
Hotel was very nice. However, the coffee shop was closed for the season. The jacuzzi was out of order. Nice excercise room. Sporting News Bar was very accomodating, but lacked experienced personnel.

Great place to stay
Overall the stay was great, clean, great amenities and great location. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, pool was nice and the green amenities were nice to see. Loved the choice of landscaping.

Fantastic Family Getaway
We arrived for check in and since our room was not ready, the front desk staff offered us free drinks in the restaurant, which was a very nice gesture. When we got to out room we were very impressed. Super Clean! The indoor pool was a great place for the kiddos to relax and play before they went to sleep. We ordered pizza from room service, which was nice and hot. Overall, we loved it and plan to stay there again!

New Expierences
Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay, also expierenced some new gadgets we were not familiar with. To turn on the shower you have to reach under the faucet and pull down; to turn on the light you have to use your room key and to keep the lights on you have to leave your room key in the switch slot; lastly the direction (front or rear) in which the lever moves affects how much water is used to flush the comode.

Room for Improvement
The hotel is new so the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. For the price, the amenities included disappointing. There are no refrigerators, microwaves, complimentary coffee or continental breakfast available. For a hotel that prides itself on being green, the guest is forced to create a lot of waste. You cannot save food and reheat for later use. This becomes very expensive and inconvenient. We had a baby and trying to heat up her food or keep formula cold was not possible. Other hotels at this price offer much more to their guests to make a stay more comfortable.

Sea World great Hotel horrible
Rooms were booked together and requested side by side they weren't. The rooms are small. The front desk was rude and not very knowledgeable on their own policies. Room was dirty. I travel a lot for my work this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Great Hotel
We loved this hotel. We stayed here because of how close it was to Sea World and the hotel restaurant. It was great to have a place to eat and kids eat free. They were so friendly and helpful.
