It was great!
The hotel overall was wonderful.. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff at the Holiday Inn Express! The location of the hotel was close enough to go Downtown, to La Cantera (the shopping mall), to Sea World and Lackland Air Force Base. The rooms were wonderful.. but the problem I had was the room cleanliness.. When I first checked into my room, there was sticky notes left here and there by the previous guests, there was a used coffee filter left inside the coffee maker as well. However, when I reported these issues, the staff made adjustments quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting someone at Lackland Air Force Base, visiting Sea World, or just wanting to go on vacation to San Antonio

good trip
Staff was nice and friendly. Free Breakfast was good. (could use more variety with coffee and stronger too) Room was clean and comfortable. Only downfall was business center. took forever for internet to load and was trying to print out my boarding pass to no available. But overall our stay was great!

Perfect for going to Sea World
No problems at all except the motel was fairly new and they had trouble with the soap dishes in the shower staying on the wall so pulled them all out and are now slowly replacing them. They had an excellent free breakfast with tons of all kinds of breakfast food with a lot that was hot.

Great trip
The room and staff was great, rooms clean and same with the rest of the hotel. Only about 10-15 min from Lackland Air Force Base where we where visiting.Convenient location for all stores.

Brand new hotel
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Staff helped me find the hotel because the whole area was new and not on my GPS. Son was graduating from USAF Basic Training at Lackland AFB. Base was only 15 minutes away. Went to SeaWorld as well...only 5 mins away. The hotel is approx 25 mins from downtown and the Riverwalk. Price was fair and included a very good breakfast buffet. I would stay there again.
