Excellent
we thought check in was at 1, and they explained to us it was at 3, our room was ready so they let us check in and we didn't have to wait, the staff was wonderful very welcoming and the room was very clean, breakfast was good and didn't have to wait for refill it was always full, its also in a great location with local Walmart and great restaurants. completely recommend this hotel

The only thing that kept this hotel from being all 5s was the breakfast. While I appreciate a free breakfast at a hotel that goes above the average "continental" breakfast, the sausage gravy tasted odd (like no other sausage gravy I've ever had); the bacon was limp and not tasty; the coffee was bad; however, the scrambled eggs were passable. Taqueria Jimador, across the street, has fantastic breakfasts for less than $5.

Felt very comfortable there.
It was very clean and comfortable. The only tiny issue we had was the extremely slow elevator. Other than that it was great.

It was more than I hoped it would be ...
From the time I arrived, everything was just what I expected and then some. The staff were truly friendly and helpful. The location provided easy access to I-10 and getting around the city. While there weren't many dining options nearby, I found many possibilities just one exit away. I would stay here again if the opportunity comes along.

wonderful vacation

Take I10 to Santa Rosa and then to Houston to get downtown. Much quicker and better directions than google

Very good hotel, happy to recomend
I was vacationing with my family and this hotel was a great deal for the price. Was near the airport,San Antonio area and a shopping mall. Very clean and nice personnel.If you consider this hotel, you will need a rental car the parking is free.

Excellent location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Normally I find something wrong with hotels but this one was pretty much excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. They even brought me a shaver to my room within minutes. Thanks again.
