Our hotel stay was amazing! Very nice staff was helpfull with directions and our needs. The location of the Hotel was centralized. The breakfast was Amazing. Rooms and Amenities were very spacious and clean.

Great Location
This Hotel was in a good location. We had a Son at Lacklund and it was only 10 minutes away, Staff and breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable Stay
Hats off to the staff, the location and the room. Jacuzzi not working was a downer, but that is my only complaint. :)

Better than expected
Check in was a breeze. Hotel was spotless, breakfast was hot and abundant. Never a shortage of hot water either!! Definitely recommend this location.

Not a bad stay
Pros: We had a great time staying here. The location was close to Seaworld, the majority of the staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was adequate. I will definitely stay here again. Cons: We enjoyed the indoor pool; however, it was pretty cloudy; could have used a good cleaning. Also, I would have liked better results with the maid staff. I had to call them 3 times after our trip to notify them of a garment left in the room. I did not get the impression they keep a lost and found or if they ever looked for the garment. If you stay here, make sure you don't leave anything behind!

Quick Trip.. New Couple
Hotel stay was good, the hotel staff was awesome and very helpful. We arrived sooner than expected and the staff was able to find us a room way before check-in time which was very very great! The room was rather small but for the price it was a good deal. Only thing that was bothering, while we there I was told by the front desk that someone had broken into my truck and fortunatly for me they confused my truck with another guest. So i would definatly keep all my belongings safe if you plan to stay. Overall good hotel great staff just did not like the fact that someone had their truck broken into. OH, and very good breakfast!

very nice
We were in San Antonio to attend my son's Basic Training Graduation, so we did not spend alot of time in the hotel. However the rooms were nice and quiet, even though ours was next to the elevator we could not hear any hall noise. The free breakfast was wonderful. Pool was ok for a weekday, but very small. Weekend would have brought in more people and would have been too small for even child play.
