Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SAN ANTONIO-AIRPORT NORTH

I received the address from in an email. I input that address into my gps. It said I would arrive in 3 hours from my current location. However, upon arriving at this "destination" there was nothing but fields. I was very panicky because I was in the middle of nowhere and it had already gotten dark. I called the Holiday Inn and she was nice but said that she had to give me a different address to put into my GPS. She said it was only 20 minutes away, since other people must have had my same experience. However, it was not just the 20 minutes away, it was another HOUR until I reached the correct location of the hotel. The manager would not give me a free room for the future and nothing was done to compensate for the trouble.

I was in San Antonio for business for three days. My room was comfortable, clean, secure and quiet. Usually I don't sleep very well when I travel, but this time I slept soundly every night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurants are close by and access to Highway 281 is very easy. I will definitely make reservations there for my next trip.

Rooms were clean but bathroom tub drain was very slow. If more than one shower taken in a row the tub would start to fill Sink drain also slow. But they were in the midst of remodeling. ....back door entry broke and tape was put over the the locks so the door remained free to open without a key.

Clean comfortable room with decent bed. Adequate free breakfast. Used the printer to print out my boarding passes when I left. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Easy to drop off rent a car and take the shuttle to the airport.

Booked hotel room to attend funeral services overall room was comfortable and neat. The stay was quiet and enjoyable.

Easy check in/check out. Room was cool when arrived on hot day(small detail but it is important:)) Comfty bed and everything was clean and no unusual smells. I would definitely stay here again when i come to San Antonio.

We had a surprise Birthday Party for my brother, my mother and her fiancee and I flew in just for that but took advantage of the Alamo/River Walk it was awesome. Compared to my last trip this tops it all the way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be doing this again.

I made reservation for a NON-smoking, two full bed. When I arrived I had been changed to a one double bed couch sleeper. I had to take a room on a different floor from my family, two brothers and a sister who were also staying at the same hotel. My room was on a stinking smoking floor as was one of my brothers who only stayed there because I couldn't change hotels because of prepaying through Orbitz. From now on I go back to making my own reservation. Thanks anyway.
