Nice Location, Watch for Construction

This hotel is located right on the riverwalk and is in the process of being renovated. I found the accomodations and location very nice and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Let me warn you; however, that if you stay at the hotel during the on-going construction, ask to be placed far away from where the construction is taking place. The noise was incredibly loud and annoying.

This is a great place to stay if you need to walk to the Alamodome. Its just a few blocks away. Plus you get all the charm of the riverwalk at the same time.

Great hotel & great location

All went well and I was given a free upgrade to a room overlooking the River Walk. Room was clean and comfortable as was the king size bed. The location is perfect but the price to self-park is on the high side, right at $23.00 a night. Overall we had a great stay!

Great Stay...minus parking

Everything was perfect except the overnight valet price is way too high $35.99/night and the valet guy broke the storage thing on my driver's side door. Reported it to the hotel and they promptly took a statement from me and promised to take care of it through their insurance so I am going to give them some credit for being on top of it. Overall great stay. Great views from the balcones and the newly renovated suites on the 11th floor and above and simply gorgeous.

Beautiful stay

The room I was in was recently renovated and was very clean and nice, it's right on the river walk which was nice to walk the river and not have to go far to see the beauty and have plenty of wonderful restaurants close by. I used the weight room twice it's very nice and has all the equipment I needed to do p90x or any workout you want. The Convention center was across the street so it was perfect for not having s car and getting to my convention on time. the staff was very helpful at directing me around the city and the hotel for anything I needed.

Nice Hotel but not the best deal

Hilton was nice along the riverwalk. Had a upgraded room with "view" of the riverwalk off smal balcony. Small view of the riverwalk large view of the water tank in front, the upgraded cost for "riverwalk view" wasnt worth the price. The ability to step out of the hotel onto the riverwalk was very convienent. Room was nicely decorated, bed very comfortable had a free breakfast which off set some other costs. Parking vallet was expensive and no other option to park without parking in a lot block or so away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dont think its the best deal in the area, but a nice hotel none the less.

Hilton Review

The location of the hotel could not be beaten. The room was clean, however it did smell a little musty. Nothing that you couldn't get used to quickly though. The stay was great, however, there was an annoying, loud beeping that kept going off during the night, sounded vaguely like a smoke detector running out of batteries. Also, parking was pretty expensive, on top of an already not cheap room. Overall experience was great though. The staff cannot be beat!

Fiesta Weekend Getaway

Our stay was comfortable. There were many positives about our accomodations, such as the bed comfort, the view from the balcony and the river walk access. On the other hand, the service was very slow after twice requesting different pillows.

The morning that you check out, make sure to call the valet beforehand because it takes them about 30 minutes to bring your vehicle.

Not worth the money

Great location, but not well decorated room. We stayed at Westin for two days before moving to Hilton. Quite disappointed when we saw the room.
