An elegant, contemporary hotel with a real touch of style
The Grand Hyatt San Antonio Hotel occupies a splendid position near the River Walk and next to Hemisfair Park and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Great Deal and Location
Me and my girlfriends went here for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful and there was only a five minute walk along the riverwalk to many restaurants and bars. We had a great time and the staff was very friendly. The only downfall was the $25 fee to self-park in the hotel's garage.

because my fiance is in the military they upgraded us and it was a beautiful room for $100 a night. we got a great deal. the $18 brunch is SO worth it, great food, right on the riverwalk. beds were amazing and pillows too! great staff.

Little LG
Pretty Good Location to Riverwalk
We went there for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The lobby is beautiful and we were checked into our room promptly. We stayed in a king room that gave us a view of part of the riverwalk. The room was pretty, clean and the bed and pillows were great. The mall is right around the corner but its a little bit of a walk to the alamo and to the part of the riverwalk that offers more restuarants and things to do. For what we paid, I would think that they could at least give you free wifi. Have to pay for it. We still liked the place but will most likely stay somewhere else closer to what is going on in the city.

I would pick another hotel if you are looking for more restaurants, nightlife and attractions. Hotel was a little out of the way.

Very nice hotel
Was a great hotel. The only problem was that it was the last hotel at the very beginning of the river. Luckily we were not doing anything near the center of the historical locations. However, I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff
Evryone was friendly. The rooms were modern and clean. It's located on the river walk. Our package included a buffet breakfast which was great.

Short drive from hotel
Don't eat at the restaurants on the river walk. They are over priced and the food is just not good. Take a short drive and try something else.

Wonderful Hotel
From the moment you arrive in the incredible lobby, you know you are in for a special experience. The check-in was prompt & curteous. The room was so clean and modern in design. The bed itself was the best I believe I have ever slept in...and I was a business traveler for over 20 years. The front desk staff, the concierge, and bar servers were all friendly and most helpful. We found the 'Self Park" option in the hotel garage a great value compared to other venues nearby. We couldn't have been more pleased and when in San Antonio again will definitely stay here!

We stayed at the hotel for our 9th anniversary and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for a romantic get away strolling down the riverwalk.
