Comfortable modern hotel in San Antonio with a health club

not too bad
The hotel experience was good the staff was really nice and helpfull the room was really clean. Not very big but nice. My wife and I went to San Antoinio for the weekend if we do it again we will most likely stay closer to the down town area because that's where we were most of the trip. My only complante is there was no small frige or microwave. We ate at some nice restrants and had left overs but couldn't bring them back to the room to reheat .but over alll it was nice

Very nice staff, clean, and luxury. The only thing is that i found women hair inside the bathroom almost everyday. But, i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful Short Getaway to San Antonio
Four Points by Sheraton San Antonio Northwest was very wonderful experience for me and my family.The hotel was very clean and the hostess was very wonderful and greeted us everytime. Wonderful trip to San Antonio Texas everytime.

You are not far from Six Flags and Seaworld which is a short distance ride. All the food and entertainment is very close for the location of the hotel less than five to fifthteen minutes.

Lousy, with one exception
Was planning to attend youngest grandaughter's baptism; however, 2 out of 5 of my family got food poisoning at the hotel restaurant... I missed the entire baptism! Management showed no interest in this horrible experience. Room was nice and clean, but sparcely stocked. One coffee cup, one plastic drinking cup and the next day, had cups (taken off maid's cart), but no coffee. Ordered room sevice & tray (along with another room's tray down the hall) sat outside in the hall for rest of our visit. The bar advertised happy hour, but had no (not any kind) of white wine for the entire weekend... Although the property was nice, we will not go back or recommend Four Points Sheraton Northwest (San Antonio)... nightmare! Booked this hotel because I had stayed at the Four Points Sheraton and the facility was nice aside from no food service.

several decent restaurants (mostly chains) were close by including BJ brew pub... P.F. Changs (in high-end shopping mall - within walking distance, but with bags mall would be bit of a hike.

They kept forgetting to give us wash clothes or towels, or drinking glasses. Rooms are small and cramped.

Great location for Six Flags
Everything was great apart from the smell of Deep Fat Fryer in the morning which filled the elevators and the lobby which made us feel sick.

Great place for a Family
Everything was great, the staff was great very friendly. The only problem I have with the hotel is the shuttle service they take you once at 10 and will not pick you up till 7:00. My problem with this is if you or your child get sick or something happens there is no way of getting back to the hotel that is the only problem I have with this hotel.
