Many perks at central River Walk spot in historic King William district
Whether guests are traveling for business or leisure, the Four Points by Sheraton San Antonio Downtown in the historic King William district is located between San Antonio's business district and major tourist attractions. Just Okay
The hotel is within walking distance to the River Walk. The staff seemed somewhat stiff and unapproachable. The manager seemed to be uncomfortable with the guests. Disappointed in no laundry facilities when I stayed at other smaller hotels that offered that plus matched the other amenities. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Nice spring getaway
Hotel personnel were very nice & helpful. The walk to the Riverwalk was comfortable distance. The room was average (little noisy from outside) but clean. The only down fall we had was the charge for the parking we were NOT told about until the charge appeared under our door on the last day. SURPRISE!

Good location at least...
My room at The Four Points by Sheraton San Antonio Downtown had a "hospital" bathroom. The opposite of comforting.

Only one issue.
All in all it was good. Location for me was perfect. Most everyone was great although one desk person could have involved himself more with my one issue. I would and very well might be back again soon.

Economical and Convenient Business Trip
Needed a place to stay last-minute for a conference in early December. The Four Points Sheraton was one of the only hotels that had rooms left at a GREAT price. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I went for it. I was not sorry! My stay was great from the minute I approached the front desk. The staff was super pleasant and helpful. My room was great, clean, spacious, free wi-fi, comfortable bed (i slept like a log). Really close to the convention center - so convenient! Fitness center - very clean, a couple of treadmills, couple of ellipticals, some kind of bicycle- i think it was a recumbent bike, free weights and a bench, water, free headphones for tvs attached to equipment, towels. Parking - cost $16/day, you can come and go There was a cute little coffee shop in the lobby and they always had some kind of complimentary beverage available near the front desk.

Good Value in Semi-Isolated Location
Room was comfortable. No free breakfast and coffee not available all day. Fairly deserted area, even though only 5 or 6 blocks from Convention center. Not a bad business experience for the attractive price....but would not return for vacation travel.

"Good for a single night stay"
Was an average "okay" stay. Could've gone without the constant blaring of a train going off like 3X throughout the night & the walls are thin cause you can hear when someone is in their restroom and or flushing their toilet.
